Matters admitted to Mediation

A request for mediation may be filed with MEDIAUTOR in matters concerning or relating to:

• Music
• Audiovisual
• Authors and publishers of written works
• Scenic Rights
• Digital environment
• Visual Arts
• Video games and software
• Artists, interpreters and performers
• Advertising/Image Rights
• New distribution channels
• Licensing, exploitation and platform obligations
• Collective management entities and organizations
• Conditions relating to remuneration
• Blocking/withdrawal or reinstatement of content due to intellectual property infringement

MEDIAUTOR reserves the right to refuse the requests that do not deal with these matters (see FAQ section).
